Fulmar Reading light

One of my reading lights has a stripped thread where it screws into the fitting. Both parts of the threaded component are plastic and despite my best attempts I cannot get the light to stay up.

So Im wondering if any members have experienced this or might there be some parts available somewhere?

Or is there a source of replacement matching fittings?
