Headlining Replacement

Post by RickBrennan1947 » Tue Dec 23, 2014 4:56 pm

Anybody pondering this should be aware of a thread on the PBO Forum website from the owner of an Ocean Lord, who has allegedly just had a very bad experience with a company called Spencer Marine. He claims the quality of the work was very poor and has posted photos on line which you will be able to judge for yourselves.

Spotted that, were the Spencer Marine in question identified as a bona fide company? Last time I looked nobody seemed to know who they were.

Just goes to show that one atrocious job can render so many recommendations worthless.

I believe it is a husband and wife company. They seem to think that the job was done to a good standard which is not the way it looks in the photos.

Just read that the company have refunded all money paid in full. That sounds like a good outcome. It is good to hear of a company taking responsibility for any failings. Well done to them.
