New forum member applications having multiple rejections

Post by Jolly Roger » Thu May 25, 2017 9:10 am

I have been trying to help a YBW forum member with some advice and suggested joining our forum. However two people have commented on being rejected multiple times when trying to join our forum. See http://www.ybw.com/forums/showthread.ph ... ost6079451

Hi. I think the problem here is one of case sensitivity. The word required to pass the Anti Spam bot measures is case sensitive. Having spent a lot of time trying to fix this problem, I have to conclude that there is no way to disable this feature once set, so the registrant will need to ensure that they spell out the name of the Class we are discussing using a capital first letter.
At this time, I can't find a way of removing this requirement - the question has been deleted in the settings, but it still appears. If I can solve it, I will post here again.
