Oceanlord 41' Genoa sheet length

The genoa sheets need to be replaced on Dreamtime, a 1996 Oceanlord 41' Bermudian sloop. Please can you advise the correct length and gauge of line ? Thanks and regards, Keith Thomas.

For an aft cockpit boat, the rule of thumb for fore sheets is the length of the boat (if you think about it, a couple of turns around winches and cleats then all the way to the bow and up to the clew of the furled genoa with a couple of turns around that too). For the Oceanlord you might get away with about 5ft less, but for the difference with costs I'd stick with the rule of thumb. No less than 14mm.
If you are in UK you can ask XW Rigging (in Gosport, Hants, UK) who have all the correct standing and running rigging dimensions and colours for the whole westerly range.
