I think you'll find that none of the "new generation" type anchors fit the old bow rollers comfortably without a lot of modification. What I suggest is to wander around a biggish marina and see what other people have done, which is what I did - I have a Spade. Photograph the designs/bodge ups you like, then make up a cardboard template for your boat of your fitting and the anchor shank, check that it works freely and how you want it to and then find a stainless steel fabricator to make something up for you. Preferably a fabricator a long way from the sea! If you google something like anchor holders/bow roller extenders etc., etc., you'll find off the shelf items are in the region of £2-300 !!!
