The scruffiest would have to be 'Westerly Serenade'...... currently in The Camber, Port Stanley, Falkland Islands...... way too long in cold climates. Current plans are to find our way to NZ for a serious overhaul.... at present rate of progress maybe 3 years away......

OK she isn't that bad its mainly cosmetic.... but she could be better......

Hola Frank, I am pleased you have surfaced at last....made enquiries at Puerto Montt. ...now you turn up in the Falklands.. :D
BTW have a look at the thread regarding rigging saddles. If you are sailing to NZ, I seriously advise you to obtain a couple as spares, just in case. Kind Regards, Saludos. Albert.

Hello Albert,
I quit Chile in early 2009 for a quick spin up to BA... almost 2 years later I'm still working my way back to the south. I had new saddles for the lowers made up and fitted in BA... one of my very few success there.
Cheers
Frank

Just got this email from The good man who sent me the information on "Freedom" (SD 41) which was for sale in the Netherlands.

Hi Chris,

"I think I found an other Sealord for your list…

It is the SD36 called “Morian” which is in the Netherlands in a town called “Strijensas”

It is owned by a mr Theo van Lammeren

tvlammeren@*****.nl

I don’t know these people, but they are ( like myself ) a member of the Westerly Club Nederland

Best regards
Joop brinkbaumer

SD41 - Freedom"

I'll email the potential owner and report back :)

Hello, everybody out there!
A few days ago I received the URL of this community and I am happy to see so many active members.
I can confirm one of the previous messages:
I am the owner of Morian, Sealord SD36.
Purchased from the first owner, a gentleman from the UK, in December 1987, while she was registered in Gibraltar, I have sailed her ever since.
My name is Theo van Lammeren,(tvlammeren@coolsite.nl), I live in the Netherlands and I keep the boat in the marina at Strijensas, located at the Hollands Diep. From there I can get easily to the open waters in the South and to sea.
So far for the introduction.
I"ll be back.

Welcome to the Sealord thread Theo, and thanks for adding your own vessel.

It was me whom sent you the email after receiving information from the owner of SD41 'Freedom' whom is based on the Islejmeer.

I hope the thread is of interest to you and join the search for the rest of them!

Seemingly arcane question this...

Does anybody here know the Net Register for a Sealord ?
