Any advice on a passage from the Humber to Berwick upon Tweed?

I'm about to undertake a passage from Humber to Berwick upon Tweed in my new to me GK29. It will probably be a single handed passage and of course I'll wait for a weather window (wish I'd gone this weekend). I 've checked the boat out and she seems well found and compared to sailing a folkboat should be a lot easier and more comfortable to handle. I have up to date navigation aids, AIS, charts, alamanacs etc and will of course research everything thoroughly. I'm hoping to complete the passage in two days with a stopover in or around Harlepool area but if things go well may just press on.
Just wondering if anyone knows any specific issues with this passage I may encounter?
