Hi Has anyone changed a cutlass bearing on a Oceanlord. If so what is involved and what size/spec is it also where best to get one

Mine is a bit loose and needs servicing. Having not done this before can anyone give advice regarding what is involved to take it off, are there any parts that should be replaced and do you know where to get spares. Any breakdown diagramme would be really helpful.
