Auto helm st4000 issue

Have got the usual st4000 issue where the auto helm is engaged but subsequently the helm disengages as clutch handle ‘pops out’. Have tried with new belt, opened and checked and all is clean and seems ok. Not sure why this is happening. Anyone help? Much appreciated.

I also tried to move the rudder using the quadrant and there's no doubt that's the issue. So....a few questions! Firstly, how heavy is the rudder and stock - my g...

Removing head from Volvo 2003

Hi all, Want to remove the head to decoke and remove injector sleeves and replace - anyone out there know a reliable and sensibly charging engineer in a Solent area?
